For unmatched flexibility, we frequently utilize manual equipment to support small-batch runs and custom work. This ensures efficiency and problem-solving creativity while also providing vital training resources and ensuring consistent quality.
We're equipped with two Haas VF-2s, a VF-4, a VF-5SS, a VF-6, a Haas VF-7/40, and an Okuma GENOS L3000-E. We also have two 5-axis machines —a Hermle C22UP and a DVF 5000-12AWC — that allow us to machine more complex geometric parts.

Our fabrication shop is designed to handle a wide range of projects, from lightweight aluminum frames to heavy-duty steel structures. Our fabricators excel at projects that require durability, functionality, and a flawless finish.
Our OMAX 80X Series Jet Machining Center is designed for high-performance cutting of moisture-tolerant materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum and plastics up to 5 inches thick.
We have the flexibility to cut, shear, bend, and form metal of various sizes and shapes for your custom parts and assemblies.
Our CWB-certified welders are trained across multiple processes, including TIG, MIG, SMAW, and spot welding, and deliver consistent, code-compliant results across diverse requirements.

All our tail threading systems are constructed in house and range from large bracket assemblies to PLC cabinets and everything in between. We hand-assemble all mechanical and electrical components, and can tailor any assembly services to specific project needs.
We’re an ISO9001:2015 certified facility with a quality-first mindset. Every project is inspected to meet your standards — from basic visual checks to full reports using our Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S574 CMM.

Next, we discuss your project needs with our designers. We maintain frequent contact with you regarding any potential changes or necessary improvements.
From purchasing and coordination to fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and final testing — we handle it all, ensuring every step runs seamlessly.
Once your project is finished, we’ll arrange the transport — we can get anything anywhere using a full range of shipping solutions.
After everything is settled, we arrange a full debrief with you to discuss the project successes or shortcomings. At this stage, we can also address a scale-up or prototype to full production.
