Our Services

CNC Machining

Our CNC department is equipped to handle projects of any size with quick turnarounds. We utilize a combination of machines including a Haas VF-7, a VF-5SS, VF-4, two VF-2, an Okuma GENOS L3000-e lathe, and a DVF 5000-12AWC 5-Axis machine.

Manual Machining

Hands-on adjustments are sometimes required, so we frequently rely on manual equipment like mills and lathes during our project work. These tools offer unmatched flexibility and problem-solving capabilities while serving as vital training resources to keep our machinists sharp and performing at their best.

Waterjet Cutting

Our OMAX 80X Series Jet Machining Center is a versatile workhorse, handling any moisture-tolerant material up to 5 inches thick. It specializes in cutting stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and plastic. The table measures 20×6 feet, although we can only accommodate 12×6-foot plates due to shop space constraints.

Fabrication

Equipped with a diverse array of machinery and tools, our fabrication department offers unparalleled versatility and includes a Hydmech band saw, two Ermak brake presses (12-foot and 6-foot), spot welder, power rolls, a 10′ Haco metal shear and tube/pipe bending for diameters up to 2 ¼”.

Welding

Our CWB-certified welders excel in TIG welding and are highly skilled in SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and spot-welding techniques, ensuring versatility and precision across a wide range of projects.

Paper Systems Assembly

All our tail threading systems are constructed in house and range from large bracket assemblies to PLC cabinets and everything in between. We hand-assemble all mechanical and electrical components, and can tailor any assembly services to specific project needs.

Quality Control and Assurance

As an ISO9001:2015 certified facility, we maintain strict quality assurance tailored to each project. Whether it’s a quick visual inspection or a detailed report from our advanced Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S574 CMM, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional finished products.
